By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here. Therefore, if you cannot accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the website.

Investometrix may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. Therefore, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions because they are binding on you.

Use of Site Material

Investometrix’s study materials are protected by the laws of copyright of Canada and other countries throughout the world. Unauthorized reproduction of these materials, or portions thereof, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. You may not sell or modify our site material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the material in any way for any public or commercial purpose.

Investometrix’s materials you have purchased are to be used for your own personal use and benefit. Unauthorized commercial resale of Investometrix’s materials is prohibited. Creating, purchasing, and/or using photocopied (i.e., pirated, illicit copies) study notes and other preparatory materials violates the law and may violate Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct as set forth by the respective accrediting agencies.

Shared use of Investometrix’s Study Notes, On-Demand Video Lectures, and practice questions is prohibited. Investometrix’s products are intended for personal use only unless specifically approved in writing by Investometrix.

You understand that Investometrix may revise the content of its website and online products from time to time to meet its training objectives. It may add or remove materials that it considers as unnecessary or no longer relevant for exam preparation. Once the material is removed it will not be accessible and will not be available upon request.

You understand that Investometrix’s prep material is intended to guide you in your study program. Study sessions may be released periodically, and the multimedia content will be updated continuously. You accept this arrangement and understand that all the sessions for your specific Level will be released in a timely manner for the Online Access you have purchased.

You understand that your subscription to any Online Access, (online and offline versions), is a limited license to use the content only between the time of access is granted and the exam date for your product purchase. The subscription is non-transferable and is to be used only by you. You will not share the username/user id and password with anyone, even if that person has his or her own subscription to Online Access. Such sharing of usernames/user ids and passwords is a violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of your privileges to any Online Access of Investometrix’s prep material without refund.

Investometrix monitors its website, including the use of Online Access, for visitors and enforces its one subscriber-one user policy diligently.

Investometrix will provide you feedback about your performance on the tests and exams in our electronic products, if applicable. This is intended to highlight areas of your strengths and weaknesses. You understand that the performance feedback is meant to assist you in your preparation for your specific exam and is in no way intended to act as a projection or a forecast of your actual exam score. The feedback is intended only as a diagnostic tool of your knowledge as you prepare for your specific exam, and your practice scores may be affected by factors beyond Investometrix’s control.

In no event will Investometrix be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use www.investometrixgroup.com, or any information, or transactions provided on www.investometrixgroup.com or downloaded or hyperlinked from www.investometrixgroup.com.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Investometrix and their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to Investometrix’s Online Access from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.

Refund Policy:

Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, and extended online access, sales are final and non-refundable.

Applicable Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Investometrix may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
